Refund policy
Refunds / Guarantee

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must either be:
a) Unused in its original packaging and already show clear signs of damage or inability to be used due to some product fault. OR
b) Partially used and show clear signs of a fault that was not caused by negligence or use of the product in an unintended manner such as exposure to harsh environments or excessive force.
For us to inspect your refund request you must send 3 clear images of the product clearly showing its fault / damage as well as the receipt / proof of purchase you received from us proving that you purchased the goods from us. Please send this information to info@lambence.co.za
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your proof. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (if a gift card is applicable given the situation, we will process it as a gift card). Alternative forms of payment such as EFT can be arranged at our or your request if deemed necessary at the time.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Refunds will not be processed in the form of an exchange, instead it will be, as mentioned above, processed in the form of a payment or return of a gift card
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
Shipping
As mentioned above we do not advise shipping goods back to us given the associated costs of that as compared to the cost of the product. If need be we will send you an applicable address to ship the product to via email.
